US Navy Licensees are held to a rigorous set of standards to confirm that products are manufactured in a manner that complies with the Navy's social, environmental and product safety regulations as set forth in the Navy's trademark license.

All Half-Life Clothing Company products using US Navy trademarks are clearly marked on the product page with the following notice "United States Navy and Naval Nuclear Power School are registered trademarks of the United States Navy used under license with the Navy Trademark Licensing Office" or similar.

Any use of Navy, United States Naval Nuclear Power School, Navy Nuke, Navy Mom, Navy Dad and any other registered wordmarks owned by US Navy are used under license with US Navy Trademark Office.
